![]() I have lived in Greenbrier, AR for 27 years and know most of the people in town. I will say that the office manager Ashley handled herself very professionally and in no way shared the same beliefs on the pandemic. and how your company talks to and treats their long time customers. If this situation is not handled in a timely and professional manner I will be going to the Anytime Fitness Facebook page and explaining their staff’s stance on Covid, how poorly that reflects on your company. Then proceeded to call me a “f*** up” because I live at home to help take care of my father that has neuropathy and other pre-existing medical conditions. He balled up his fist, flexed, yelled, and approached me in an aggressive manner as if he was going to get physical. Once this realization was made he became aggressive. We got in an argument over the mortality rate being 3% and he said no I was wrong and that it is. To discredit my education and disrespect me as a customer is not something I take lightly. I am Health Science major at UCA with honors and in the top of my class. When I explained this he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what i was talking about. As a person with pre-existing medical conditions I found this to be very insulting and a poor representation of your company. That is a very ignorant and selfish perspective and he said this in front of a group of members. He also stated that people with pre-existing conditions should not be included with the Covid deaths because “they were going to die anyway or they were old so….”. He kept referring to Covid as just the flu and blown out of proportion. ![]() I had an altercation with one of the staff members in Greenbrier, AR by the name of Tristen. I am VERY fearful of future retaliation from him and do not feel safe in this gym. I did agree with Manager to give trainer my name when she discusses the complaint with him. She was uanble to canceal my membership early without cancellation fees. This trainer has a histroy of being brash and has said inappropriate staements to other women in the past. I spoke to the gym mangaer and she is aware of the situation. This trainer and his friends talk loud in the gym and use occasional profanity language that one can hear. About two weeks later i was wearing my headset and singing some to music occasionally, and he complained to managment and i was told to avoid any further singing due to be disruptive, he was the only gym member that had complained to management about this since i joined in June. I decided not to train with him any further and blocked his phone number and ignored him in the gym. The second time he was training me the verbal sexual innuendos that were demeaning, including degrading remark to me regarding me being a nurse. I was working with a male fittness trainer that worked for Anytime Fittness, and was told during my training by him that i NEED to put on a cute tank top and some make-up and take my husband out for a beer/burger for a night on the town. ![]() I am a member of the Anytime Fittness gym in Tecumseh Mich and joined 6/28/22.
